The talk would explore how small product teams can use AI to adapt existing products and validate new ideas when entering unfamiliar markets. Product localization is not simply about translating an interface: it also requires understanding local user needs, behaviors, communication channels, customer journeys, operational processes, and expectations. Drawing on practical experience, I would discuss how AI can help teams synthesize research and feedback, identify gaps between a global product and local reality, support language and product localization, and turn these insights into prototypes, specifications, and measurable pilots. The central idea is that AI can reduce not only the cost of building, but also the cost of learning—allowing small teams to test assumptions before committing significant development resources. I would also cover the limitations of this approach and explain why local expertise, human validation, user research, and real-world data remain essential.
